 To Coast Guard as HC-123B 4357 10/29/1958. To MASDC Jun 12, 1972, but returned to USAF 5/22/1972. Back to MASDC as CP036 6/20/1975. Sold to Mancro and left MASDC Jun 1, 1979. Fitted with Allison T56-A-7 turbines and designated C-123T. Flew Oct 24, 1980. with Royal Thai AF markings. Put back in storage at MASDC and the new engines were removed. To commercial registry as N6828 Dec 17, 1998, but still remained in storage. Provider Aviation Services wanted to restart the C-123T project, but this project was later abandoned. Sat around in Hamilton's yard at Tucson airport since 1987.(Courtesy Joe Baugher)
