R-44 (C-GDSF) crashed early this morning (dec 16 -2009) near downtown Montreal. The pilot and passenger (newsreporter) were injured and taken to the Montreal General Hospital. Both are out of danger. Helicopter was under contract with TVA News (french network) in Montreal. Cause of crash presently unkown. BST will lead the investigation.
