2 people were injured when this plane crashed right after take-off, about 11 am MDT June 29, 2008. The Piper was taking off from a private field near Stony Plain Alberta when the pilot appeared to have engine trouble. TV News stated that the right wing was ripped off. The injured people are from Lloydminster. AB.
