On July 30, 1998 Proteus Airlines Beech 1900D F-GSJM, with two crew and twelve passengers on a scheduled flight from Lyon to Lorient, collided in mid-air with this Cessna 177 Cardinal over the Baie de Quiberon near its destination. Both aircraft crashed into the sea with loss of all life.
