This aircraft was used by the search and rescue organization, Hermanos al Rescate (Brothers to the Rescue), where it helped in the rescue of hundreds of Cuban refugees from 1993 to 1996. I personally flew perhaps 300 hours of missions in this aircraft in this mission.
