This Widgeon was owned by Ingram Oil Co. out of New Orleans. I worked at Potter Aircraft located at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport when this Widgeon was overhauled by Potter Aircraft. I was a fresh A@P out of Delgado Jr. College This was around 1968 through 1969. I remember we installed the retractable floats on the aircraft. Thanks ; Alan Swindler, Milton, Fl.

I am glad to see N111W. I saw her get built up at Lakefront Airport. My Dad, Jack Horil, was the pilot for Ingram Contractors when 11W was put together. I made many flights in her as a child with my dad on the weekends to the oil fields in southern Louisiana. I remember Mrk and Claude Spies, Bob Hall, Larry White and George Sr. and Jr. all having a hand in her build up. She is the finest Widgeon flying. Richard Horil, Leesburg, Virginia.
