This Aircraft recently crashed. Listen to the ATC to Traffic during the incident. You will hear him cleared, then just a bit later he declares emergency. A few seconds later you hear him with "stuck" mic asking people to help his dog that was in the aircraft. It then took ATC nearly 13 minutes to figure out what happened. Amazing... Listen Here
