I flew 3490H in the 491st Aviation Regiment, Alaska State Defense Force (ASDF)., a division of the National Guard. I was the Commanding Officer of the Regiment and 3490H was assigned to me. The Regiment had six Ercoupes...we referred to them as PQ13's. They were used to transport personnel and close-up photography to support the 49th Military Police Brigade. GREAT Airplane!!!
