This aircraft, call sign N9301Y was owned by by my father, Bert Bernstein in 1965-1966 when my family lived in Lubbock, Texas. I flew with my father numerous time throughout Texas and New Mexico on business trips. He was general manager of Levines Department stores. We had some interesting adventures in this plane. My older brother, Kenny Bernstein also occasionally flew with our Dad. Kenny is a six time NHRA world champion drag racer and NHRA Hall of Famer. I am amazed and delighted to see this plane still flying after 44 years. Incredible! Sam Bernstein |
