N3702G, 1943 Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress C/N 43-38635, Fighting fires, Laramie WY, summer 1977. Sister ship N17W and one other B-17 were operating from Laramie at this time. I remember how they struggled to clear the airport boundary fence. Field elevation at LAR is 7720!
