G-BWGL, 1959 Hawker Hunter T.8C, c/n 41H/695946, This Hunter performed for the crowds at the Leeuwarden Open house. During its display it hit a large bird and declared may day. It landed safely, but suffered severe damage to the intake. It seems uncertain when it will fly again.
