THIS WAIVER ALLOWS THE TOWER TO DIRECT THE AIRCRAFT TO "LINEUP AND WAIT" DURING PERIODS OF DARKNESS AT THE FOLLOWING INTERSECTION: RUNWAY 33 AT TWY KILO.
