Don't know if you've ever looked at my index, but I have a photo file for "defunct" airlines. Just wondering when I can add Continental Airlines to that file? I recently logged onto the Contintenal Web site and they're still taking reservations, even though I see a lot of TV commericals and signage at Major League ballparks showing the word "United" with the old "World" logo of Continental.

So when do you think I should deem Continental "defunct"?

they are repainting their jets in Continental colors but United titels
