The DC-3 that is in the Charlotte NC air museum is awesome. It has at the time in 1987 the advance avionics package. I loved installing the avionics; I was one of the avionics techs who installed it. That was the most pleasurable installs I ever did. My name is on the plaque directly behind the pilot side divider; what an honor it is to work on nastalgic aircraft. I am disabled now and enjoying building model aircraft.
