Can any member please help in supplying the construction number and subsequent identity for this Civil Air Patrol aircraft seen in New York State in the Summer of 1976? Previous such requests for help have received positive replies so once more I seek assistance.

Hi Pete,

c/n for your bird is 29216
Currently, it is registered as N253NA
mfg date not listed, but should be somewhere between 1956 <> 1959 model years, before Cessna went to the 172A model.
