I don't think that airstrip has an 'official' airport name.
It's inside Restricted Area R-3202 known as Saylor Creek, Idaho (Saylor Creek Bombing Range).
Several MOA's cross that area, including, i believe, Saddle MOA
All controlled by Mountain Home AFB 366th Wing.
