N110RB

Hello this the U.S Coast Guard in San Juan, PR. We received a report that this aircraft was lost on radar last night in Venezula. We have been doing research to see if we can have a contact number but so far we have not been able to get any number. Does anyone know anything about this aircraft or can point me to someone who does.
