hii all buying a 41 0145b 65-lb aroenca chief need help

i'm considering trading my motorcycle for a very nice 41 65-lb out of annual by a month. only flown 5 hours since last annual. i checked closley and the only thing i could find was play in the tailwheel. i was hoping if any one out there would know if a good condition plane is worth a 10000 motor cycle .is it truly a light sport plane as thats the cert i hold. and where can i get parts to fix tailwheeh on a 41 areonca super chief. and rebuild parts for the old o145b motor. 1000 left befor oh 2200 tt on plane all logs and books are with the plane. thank you brett 252 453 6124 if any one can guide me. brett
