That helo is a Bell 412. Some added equipment of course.
Looks like some extra sponsoons, a radar and of course the winch.
Perhaps Search and Rescue? Where was she shot?

Curse my free time.
She's a CareFlight helo, and her registry may even be VH-XCF.
Seems as though it was N2070C before export to Australia.
I can only find where the operate one 412, so I think this registry info is accurate.

Thanks for that Paul, yes she is Careflight, this was shot at the Gold Coast, Queensland. It came over trees and was past me before I could get a shot where the tail number was visible. I'll looked up the number you gave on CASA web site
