Aircraft Not In Airport-Data Data Base And other questiona

Hi, I have photographed a few aircraft that do not show up as the correct aircraft in the Airport-data.com database. I have also photographed aircraft that do not show up at all, as if they don't exist. Does anyone have any idea's as to why this is?

For instance -

N944TB - Doesn't show up as an aircraft that exists as far as I can tell.
N83 - Its an FAA aircraft but I don't think it shows up on a database.
84-24377 - Is also a governmental dept aircraft, but does not seem to show up on any databases.
C-FUNF - Is a Bell 407 helicopter, but shows up as an identification number for a glider only.

Just curious as to why some civilian aircraft and a lot of the government aircraft are so difficult to find any information on. Thanks.

N944TB - It shows to be a Hawker jet...

C-FUNF was previously registered as N80709.

I just updated N80709 to also show C-FUNF and moved your photos to the correct listing. ( 1998 Bell 407 C/N 53255 )

As to your question; old (expired or changed) registrations may not be in the database, unless you (the user) adds them. Same goes for most Military serials.

Before you add a new tail-number (or registration), to the website, it is best to do search of that registration AND the c/n (msn) of that airframe, as to not create a duplicate profile.
