This aircraft is now registered N419RC and operates in Alaska. Note that the N number is the same as the aircraft construction number

The aircraft had operated in Alaska, how ever the FAA says it's deregistered and exported to Peru.

It is not uncommon to use part of the serial number for the planes "N" number. The way the serial number is assigned is by the manufacturer
