What is the meaning of 'mushed'? I find it describing accidents, but can't find a definition for the word.
The NTSB has used it in the following: THE ACFT STALLED, MUSHED AND COLLIDED WITH A BOAT DOCK.

Would that mean that the aircraft had a high angle/ low velocity impact?

What do you think?

Yes - held in a stall with power on an aircraft will 'mush'. That is, descend nose level or slightly high, usuelly slow airspeed.
