must have hit a nerve huh??? someone just asks a question, and barron sicks his stinking lawyers on the people who commented, how about i sue barron thomas for being STUPID!!! (not facts just one mans opiinion)
so can i ask a question? does the first amendment right to free speech trump someone rights to sue for slander?? someone reply so i can know.

I'm not an attorney but i believe that people can (and do) file lawsuits for whatever they want. While I don't think that what is being posted here can be labeled libel I'm pretty sure that the administration here at A-D can not afford the extremely high cost of defending itself against litigation.
