Never been there...but I have a friend who does take many flights for business.
His favorite airlines is SAS and he likes very much Copenhagen Airport...Even he once told me, that restaurants in Copenhagen Airport are better than restaurants in New York City...and, while in New York, he's been in many very good restaurants in Manhattan.

I like very much Helsinki Airport, been there 2 or 3 times and Finnair is one of my favorite airlines when flying from NY to Europe.
