This interesting formation of aircraft from a bygone era took to the skies at the 2013 Australian International Airshow at Avalon. The aircraft, for those too young to recognise them, clockwise from the 9 o'clock position, are: Commonwealth Aircraft Corp Boomerang, Supermarine Spitfire, Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation Avon Sabre and Gloster Meteor.
