As per the heading, it happened when I updated my email address but the original email address is no longer active (reason why I updated it). My account is YSWG-Photography, contact me via PM if you need more information. Smile

My belief is that this can only be resolved by Mr Ken Wang.

I will additionally bring it to his attention through a posting in the Administration forum.
