Hello everyone
I have just joined this site and I have comment/query.
I did my first solo some 50 years ago in a DHC Chipmunk.
In those days she was called WD330 and the flight took place while I was a student at Aberdeen University in Scotland on the University Air Squadron.
I believe that this wonderful aircraft was exported to the USA some years ago and now flies as N65235. I understand her new owner lives in NY state.
I would love to make contact with the owner. I'm a fairly regular visitor to the USA and one of the 'Bucket List' wishes would be to see - and - ideally - fly the old dear again. I'll pay all your operating costs!

Although the regestaration, I found the company for which the former owner of the aircraft worked for. And supposedly he's the owner of the company.

Company name is Manattan Model Makers. The phone number for the company is: (212) 620-0398
