| Glad to see it still flying. Close to where I lived for awhile too,inWhitehorse, Yukon. I rebuilt it around 1966, after storm damage buy out, in Stockton California. Added metal wing tips to prevent warping, repaired tubing and flushed with boiled linseed oil.Customised the interior and designed a custom paint scheme.( was commercial artist at one time) Used ceconite and 24 coats of butyrate dope in 4 colors.doubled the rib stiching for strength. First prize at Merced Air Show next year. Added G meter and did hamerheads, spins, split S. Immelmans, lazy 8ts, rolls, etc. Re pitched propeller for climb instead of cruise pitch after hairy lift off from Lake Tahoe one hot summer. Sold to pay university fees for Pharmacy degree.
