My father owned this airplane in the 70's. It was faded red when we bought it. He completely rebuilt the engine and restored the interior and exterior. It was painted bronze black and cream. I grew up flying all over the Western states in this plane. I wonder who has it now and what it looks like. We sold it in the late 70's and I haven't heard anything since. I have some wonderful memories of our many trips, airshows and exciting adventures in this Stinson. |
