Crashed on approach to Warsaw, Poland on December 19th 1962 while on a return service from Zaventum, Brussels, Belgium via berlin, germany. On it's second approach tp Okecie Airport, with a 250 m cloud base, it crashed 1.3 km from the runway threshold. All 28 passengers and 5 crew died.
Cause determined as a poorly handled approach with too low air speed.
