I was just looking around the site and found N5858H 49 clipper. I once owned that plane, in 1971. I was 19 years old and fresh out of A&P school. I went to work for a small operation in San Diego. My boss had just recovered the plane. It was red and white. We bartered for my pay and the plane, I am so happy it is still fling. My name is Greg DeSmith, my email address is gregdesmith@yahoo.com.
