Unable to Upload New Airport Photos.

Hi
I have previously uploaded both Aircraft and Airport photos.
Today I was able to upload 3 Aircraft (helicopter) photos, without any problems.
However, I have been unable to upload any Airport photos.
After Ticking the Two Boxes at bottom of Upload Form, two Yellow Windows/arrows appear, stating: 'This field is required.'
Pressing Submit button does not Upload the Image/Info Input to Upload Form.
Is my Input process at fault, or is there a Bug in the Airport Photos Upload Form?
