Can't upload my photos

The two boxes "I have read ..." and "I agree..." do not accept my check marks. "This firld is required" doesn't disappear. What can I do?

try clearing your browser cookies for google chrome try in ignito mode then fill the form again in Mozilla try removing history or clearing cookies hope it helps

Are there any red error messages on the screen? Have you selected the upload file at the to of the upload box?

, I did not know you were referring to Airport photos. You did not say in your post. Aircraft photos loading OK.

I found a work around. Upload your airport photo with the workshop, then move it to the airport section.

Was just going to point that out, noticed that from the beginning he had no description in there. All it really requires as 5 characters minimum. anything with a red * requires something. Same as if a tail number doesn't show up, might mean you need to add one or find a link using the serial number to find the aircraft it is connected to previously

I just tried to load an airport photo filling in all the required (*) information but received three notifications of information required (after having put that information in), It would not upload the picture.

When I loaded my picture, I received "This field is required", I finished adding the appropriate information and when I checked the 2 squares at the bottom, it gave me 2 "This field is required", guess I'll have to try Timothy's way.

I haven't loaded any airport photos for a long time - haven't been near an airport for ages due to Covid-19 travel restrictions in Victoria Aus. I dug out an old photo from 2011 that had not been uploaded, and got this problem when I tried. It is a bug in the system.Who knows when it will be fixed - if at all.
