Hello. I wasn't sure how to get a question answered. This seemed to be the only way. Apologies ahead of time, and I appreciate your help!



I work for a hospital that just changed ownership as of March 1st, 2020. I work in the Engineering Dept and have been trying to get the Helipad information updated to the correct ownership. We were Baylor Scott & White Medical Center. Baylor Scott & White is gone. We are now Carrollton Regional Medical Center. I finally got the information changed/updated with the FAA. Your website still has the old information listed. Can we update it?

Moderators are not able to change facility names and the only person who seems to have contact with the Administer is Malcolm Clark, send him a PM

I tried to send a PM, however there is no username that I can find for Malcolm Clark. I tried the username Admin, and that didn't work either.... I'm sorry to be such a pain, but could you let me know the username I should use please?

I think I misspelled his name, however, when you arrive at Airport-data home page, on the right side you will see a list of photographers. Locate Malcolm Clarke, click on his name and his picture site will come up. Once there you should see "Contact" near the top of the page, click on it and it will give you a way to contact him and explain

Got it! I had a little trouble with my company email, apparently your site doesn't like a ".health" email.
