1. Name the very first U. S. Navy's torpedo plane aircraft and builder accepted to launch torpedoes. Hint-the torpedoes then were dummies.

2. Name the new year date of first torpedo launch by a different builder? Name the builder. These were dummies also.

Long time no guess. A interesting fact, but doesn't answer the question:

The first American airdrop torpedo test occurred in 1920. The Mk 13, the aircraft launched torpedo.
