With 100 views and no responses, here are the answers.

1. A very first advertisement in America to sell and deliver an airplane announced that the Glenn H. Curtiss Company in Hammondsport, New York would build an aircraft for sale priced at $5,000 each and the advertisement was in May of 1908. The build of an aircraft order would take 60 days for completion.
