It seems that the call letters on this derelict plane were purposefully selected for training purposes. Maybe. I'm trying to figure out what the aircraft is though so I can attach the images to the right plane. Any suggestions on make & model ?

Most Likely C-FMXY Beech King Air 100 ( c/n B-40) CAA lists c/n as B40 .
Still in North Cariboo Air colors.
ex PEM Air and originally N923K circa 1970/71

C-FMXY is still current (in CAA DB) to North Cariboo Air. ?

Yes, that is C-FIDN next to it - there are earlier images in the archives of that one, I'll be adding my own shortly.
