Again this is a great site for linking corporate jets. i have noticed a lot of corporate jets were put in separate profiles. I found like 3 different profiles for c/n 5307 on here for the same Challenger that weren't linked to each other.

This makes the job easier. You enter the current tail number for example I used N604XT and it brings up previous tail numbers and gives me: ex N34FS, N16DA, G-UYAD, LX-FAZ

If you don't see the current tail number in airport-data, try one of the previous tail numbers like N34FS. If the c/n matches what you have then don't create a whole new profile, just link it with current owner and tail number and status.

I have also been adding old tail numbers if they weren't on here and putting them as de-registered in case we get a member that finds some pics from the past with a tail # that isn't in the database after the owner has changed years later.
