My problem is that I am looking for Vans RV-8 aircraft registered in Australia, where tail numbers commence with VH-.

If I enter Vans RV-8 in the appropriate search box, the maximum number of 1000 returns is reached long before the VH- aircraft. How can I refine the search criteria to locate the required images?

Hi Peter,

Bring up the profile for any Vans aircraft. Click on the manufacturer "Vans" and you will be presented with 9460 profiles across 95 pages of listings.

All VH RV-8's are contained in pages 91 to 94.

This doesn't answer your question re two criteria searches, but may be way of finding the aircraft you are looking for.

Malcolm.

You can perform this for more than two criteria as long as the “helper” column has unique data in the rows, and it matches what you are searching for in the VLOOKUP formula. Concatenation is a great way to account for multiple-string search criteria.
