| This aircraft was built as C-47A 42-100997 and delivered to the USAAF during January 1944. The plane served in the European Theater during WWII and served post-war with the USAF. It was one of four C-47As used by the Royal Jordanian AIr Force between 1967 and 1977, and was coded “111”. After replacement by C-130s, the C-47s were returned to the USAF. After return to the USA, the plane went to the Tennessee Air National Guard. In 1975 this plane was registered as N62443 and went to West Germany with J.V.
