 To USAAF Dec 06, 1942 - Original aircraft of 5th AF 317th TCG 41st TCS "Cold Turkey" 13Dec42 and flown to Australia by them and handed over to 5th AF 374th TCG on arrival 19Jan43 ‘Cold Turkey’. To civil registry as VH-AEU (Dept of Civil Aviation Jul 10, 1944. Lsd to ANA Jul 11, 1944, then to Guinea Airways Jan 20, 1945 - MacRobertson Miller Nov 22, 1945 - TAA ‘Throsby’ Mar 25, 1947, later ‘Lawson’). Rr VH-SBO ‘Goroka’ Aug 24, 1960, then sold to Air Niugini Nov 01, 1973. Subsequently re-registered P2-SBO Jun 02, 1974, then P2-ANT Nov 06, 1975 and wfu Port Moresby Jul 3, 1977. Sold to Travmar Pty, Brisbane Dec 02, 1977, registered again VH-SBO Jan 1979 and reported wfu Jun 27, 1979, To Travmar Holdings, Maitland, NSW Sep 19, 1979. Reported used in a Norman Gunston Show for TV, badly damaged Sep 15, 1982 at Bankstown, NSW after collision with TB-10 VH-BCX To Tamworth Fire Service as wreck Aug 27, 1968. Broken up at Bankstown May 1991, nose at Tamworth NSW.
